Wash Me Now - Mobile Car Detailing

My car had an interior detailing done by Wash Me Now on Monday July 29 through their mobile unit. The car was looked upon for the standard of work that was done at the completion of the detailing process.
On August 3, I discovered that a set of my interior mats were missing. I called and I was informed by Daniel (Manager) that he would connect with the individuals who cleaned the car and he would get back to me on Tuesday since it was a long weekend. Needless to say, he did not get Intouch with me and I spent the better part of my day leaving voicemail messages. Eventually, I got intouch with Daniel who said he would speak to the guys and get back to me. Again, no phone call from Daniel. I then received a call back from Hbron who asked a number of questions. Basically, they confirmed with their guys and they clean 2 sets of mats and they did not see a third set. I explained that the first rubber set sits underneath the solid bucket mats and the second set sits in the bucket. Hbron said that if I had called earlier then they could do something. The car was locked away from the day they cleaned it and the first time it was taken out was August 3. He then suggested that I speak with Daniel directly to get the issue resolved. Daniel does not answer his phone, nor does he have a voicemail. I finally left a message at their regular number today notifying them that I would not be chasing them today, but I do expect Daniel to follow up with me and if he doesn't, I will deal with him and the company. So here is my warning to the public. Do not use this company because they are dishonest. They take no ownership for any errors/theft of items from your vehicle. Daniel hides behind all the other telephone personnel in the company and does not have the chutzpah to handle situations in a professional and respectful manner. This is the first time I have ever used their services and this will be the last.

If there was a score of zero, that would be my chosen score for the handling of this situation. Again, stay clear of this company.
