Today, I took my daughter to her 10:00 AM appointment for two extractions she needed. After waiting for over an hour, we were finally called inside, and my daughter was prepped for the procedure. Understandably, she was nervous and shed a few tears.

When Dr. Emammi walked in and saw her emotional state, he immediately turned around and stated that he would not proceed with the appointment. He instructed his assistant to reschedule us, despite the lengthy wait and my daughter’s distress.

This experience was disappointing, as my daughter was already anxious about the procedure. The lack of understanding and consideration from Dr. Emammi was concerning, and the additional wait only added to our frustration.
