Best experience getting my car towed and sold in auction I've ever had. Great customer service. Seriously though, Paul was great. He returned my call the same day - after hours, which really helped eliminate stress. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and made feel supported through a tough time.

I had a wonderful experience with westshore , I was sent Gary lefebvre and he was so fast ,friendly did his job very well I couldn't believe it ! I expected I'd have to wait awhile for him to show nope not even 15 minutes truck 8 shows up all shiny with the driver ad he had a big smile! Hello Miss I'm Gary I'm here to help you tonight I'm going to make it as painless as possible right up to the price! Chuckling , well he didn't lie! It wasn't long and away I went my tesla and I had the big smile! I'm always calling for him to take care of my friends and family aswell I love being treated with respect and if im spending money I enjoy having to give it to a person that loves there job! See you again.

Dear Westshore Towing Legal Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to offer one final opportunity for Westshore Towing to resolve this matter privately before it escalates into full-scale legal action and public exposure.
🚨 The Legal Violations at Hand
After reviewing the documented facts, it is indisputable that:
âś… Westshore Towing violated the Motor Vehicle Act by refusing to release my legally impounded car despite my multiple attempts to retrieve it.
âś… Westshore Towing engaged in fraudulent misrepresentation by falsely claiming the vehicle was abandoned, despite email evidence proving otherwise.
✅ Westshore Towing profited from my car illegally by using it for fire training and selling it for scrap without my authorization—this is direct theft and unjust enrichment.
âś… Westshore Towing engaged in bad faith business practices by knowingly blocking all reasonable attempts to resolve this dispute and ignoring all communications.
These actions constitute a direct and provable violation of multiple consumer protection and business laws.
