Customer service at this company completely sucked, never could get a live person and most of the time when I would call I would get this "this phone is not excepting calls". Got a call my windows were in and to call them back before 9pm that night and could not get thru then called for a week and no answer I finally sent a text asking about installing my windows and I get a text back days later saying we just measured your windows 2 weeks ago and it takes weeks for them to come in and I literally had to explain to Patsy that no my windows are in and that you called me and left a voicemail then she asked me to forward her the voicemail like she was calling me a lier so I sent it to her then she text me and says once the weather breaks I will get someone out to Install your windows. Finally after a month after the windows come in they were able to get a contractor out to install them. Hopefully if anyone deals with this company they don't have to deal with Patsy who seems like she has no idea of what is going on.
