My furnace stopped working at 830p in winter. Called to have someone come out to check. SE , Hoang, came in a hour. Inspected and let me know needed a part and would have to come back in morning. Left me space heaters for heat, which was great. Next morning, back at 830a. Replaced part . Insured everything was working properly. Also cleaned drainage line.

Rob and Sam came within the scheduled time and offered unbiased practical advice on furnace repairs and updated my knowledge, not only on furnaces but HWT's as well. Sam did a very thorough inspection and didn't leave until the unit was operating at peak performance. The previous national furnace company didn't bother to take out the 'innards' to clean the inside or the fan blades and motor but Wpg Supply did !!!
