This company installed a new garage door opener in April 2024 and the technician, Josh, was very nice and seemed trustworthy. So when he said he would return the next day to install the cover to the garage door opener, I said ok, and I paid him. He didn't return the next day or the day after. I called the company a couple of times and left messages, but now that it is July 2024, I haven't received any response to my messages and still do not have a cover to my garage door opener. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this company.
