Landscaping is ok. But the customer service is horrible and unprofessional. SHELANE stated I am annoying because I declined the quote amount she quoted. She stated her workers came to the property 4 times without an estimate fee. (Why did you have to come 4 times for 1 quote?) The company has pictures of the property, so why come back so many times. Also, beware of payment options, the company don't have a business account only have an edu. account in zelle, so they don't have to pay taxes. I suggest if you hire this company don't communicate with Shelane.
