You cancelled & rescheduled my A/C appointment twice. Yes, was rescheduled for today July 3rd. We've had temps over 100 degrees. Now, I had a dental appointment & couldn't be there at the beginning of the "window" that I was assigned. I called the day before and the day of. Your call center never notified the tech. The tech called me at the beginning of the "window" and I told him that I had called 2 times and that he needed to meet me @1:30 towards the end of the window. So then apparently the call ctr, rescheduled to a later window-never notified me. So I had to cancel as he showed up at the end of that window like 5:30, and there was someplace I needed to be. I will call someone else that has their act together. Your call center lost me as a customer. You need to get staff locally or fine the call center for their lack of service-level-agreement. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!
