Took my pet, Cocoa, in for her regular scheduled grooming this morning. Not long after dropping her off, I received a phone call about a physical problem. The groomer, Danielle, noticed a hematoma on her ear, and had me notified immediately.
Due to a cancellation, I was able to get an appointment at my Vet at 11:00, notified Zen, they had Cocoa completely groomed, except for her head, ready for me to pick up long before the Vet appointment.
Noticed an irregularity, didn't pass it off. Took excellent care of Cocoa, which is the norm, and worked to be able to have her make a much needed appointment.
The concern was valid. The problem has been addressed, and she will be back to finish her appointment in about 2 weeks.
Would never have known about this without Danielle's keen observation.
