Beyond horrible experience. Worst customer service team I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Waited months for an appointment they seemed to lose track of. Rebooked waited another month and a half. Told a week to complete the work but took a month. Had our rental car cancelled cost me 154$. No communication, no professionalism. Not on time. Beyond rude. No kindness or courtesy. Owner ignores my emails. Horrendous conduct
