I will definitely give to Air pros Hollywood 0.5 star.
I have paid $8,000 to Air Pros Hollywood for the installment of the new HVAC system (on June 20, 2023). I have also purchased a 1 year labor warranty as well as 10 years warranty for the AC.
However, on May 2024, my AC was broken for 4 hours. I called the company and they sent someone to inspect the problem. After they inspected it on two separate occasions, I received a statement of $1,250.00 May 31, 2024, via email saying I must pay this amount in order for them to continue fixing the AC.
My issue/ question is why do I have to pay the amount of $1,250 for the repair when it is still within the first year of my purchase of the AC on top of having the 1 year labor warranty? Avoid doing business with Air Pros Hollywood.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever encountered with what is supposed to be a reputable professional company.
After I received my quotes and paid a deposit and scheduled the work here is what happened.
1. July 31st, 2 guys showed up unannounced without the proper equipment in order to climb on the roof. They left.
2. August 1st, 2 guys showed up unannounced and said they did not have the proper equipment and left and said they would be back in an hour. Never came back.
3. Around Noon I texted Andrea in the office and she told me a team would be dispatched. That was 3 teams scheduled to be at my house for my repair. No one ever showed up!!
4. Friday, August 2, I called the office at 8:30 AM & I spoke with Patricia & requested to speak to a manager or supervisor and no one ever called me back.
Please do not try to explain this away by telling me I should have done something else or anything else in order to begin this work repair.
Your company was very unprofessional, no communication, complete lack of accountability & lack of responsibility.
I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL ASSIST SOMEONE ELSE IN AVOIDING A NEVATIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCOUNTABLE SITUATION!!
