When I first signed up, I thought I was getting a great deal, but it quickly turned into a frustrating experience. I contacted them to resolve some scheduling issues and ultimately decided to cancel my membership. During the call, I was assured that this conversation would serve as my 30-day notice. However, a month later, I noticed they were still billing me. They claimed they had no record of my cancellation call, even though they admitted that my billing details had been adjusted on the same day.
What’s worse, I had previously come across a similar review where someone else experienced the same issue. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. They refused to refund my membership fee, despite acknowledging that the representative who signed me up had made promises about the membership that they couldn’t fulfill. Essentially, I was charged in advance but couldn’t schedule appointments in advance, and they refused to refund the prepayment. The lack of integrity in their business practices is deeply concerning.

I called regarding issues scheduling sessions and decided to cancel my membership. I was told they would consider the phone call my 30 day notice, but 30 days later they were still charging me, said they had no record of that call, yet they acknowledged that the advance charges had changed on that date. They refused to refund the membership fee while acknowledging that the person who signed me up had promised me a membership they couldn't honor. I was basically paying in advance, but couldn't schedule in advance, and didn't get refunded for an advanced payment. Bad business practices.
