This company is unprofessional and dirty. I viewed a property with my cousin who has other properties with them and there was dead flies everywhere that they refused to clean up. They also breached contracts and than want to turn around anc charge you. I wouldn't suggest this management company to no one! The seems very professional just to get your monies once that happens they don't return calls, email, text. I will be reporting to BBB!

This company did a so-called rental property background check on me and claimed that I had a eviction on my record. Never have I been evicted in my life, I tried to get in touch with them to get a copy of the check that they claim to have done, but you can't email them upon calling them they don't have any information on hand to verify their findings.
So I guess once you give them your application fee your not entitled to any information from them at all.
