Terrible Service and Rude Drivers!

Today I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of their staff called Brad at their impound yard, which I had mistakenly trespassed into while trying to locate their premises. A very rude, menacing, possibly racist, totally unreasonable individual. He would not accept my innocent explanation for why I was in the yard, even after I told him we were looking for the office. He was so angry and threatening towards even though I was carrying an infant on my shoulder! A very dangerous man indeed! And the other gorilla who was in the yard took a nasty look at me and spit on the ground after calling the manager to inquire why I was allowed to stay in the towed car with the baby inside.
