WARNING, Pro Nails will not take any responsibility for their service should you receive an infection as I did after my pedicure at their salon.
I have been a regular customer at Pro Nails since they opened. I live in Quail Ridge and like to support the local businesses. There was absolutely no issues with my toenails when went to Pro Nails for a routine pedicure. The nail technician cut the nail of my right big toe quite short and when I left it was painful. That evening it got progressively sorer and by the next day the toe was very infected and it was painful to walk in shoes. I was extremely upset, I have been getting pedicures for the past 30 years and never had an issue. I soaked my food and used an antibiotic cream on the toe and by the 2nd day it was healing however still infected and sore.
I dropped by Pro Nails to let them know that after my pedicure my toe had become infected. They totally denied having anything to do with the infection and told me that I had an ingrown nail and to go see a Dr., they did not take any responsibility whatsoever for the infection that was a result of the pedicure I received. I don’t have an ingrown nail, I have an infection caused by the pedicure I received at Pro Nails which they 100% denied!
