Thorwin needs help.
Its honestly a joke that I feel I have to come here and write a review but that's how bad its been here this time around.

I rented here from 2015-2019 : had next to no issues.
Moved out from 2019-2022 and back in, in 2022 because it was a convenient location.
I can say this time around it has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

1. Moved into an apartment that apparently had an electrician come in and due a proper check yet they had all outlets in the apartment plus the air conditioner on a single 15amp breaker and my equipment got tripped so much it wasnt even funny..literally damaging the gear. This went on for weeks.
2. Air Conditioner was not only full of mold and causing headaches/illness, but it was also leaking water from under the unit and the water ended up damaging the floor. So..they clearly checked the AC right? Wrong.
3. Dishwasher was leaking and caused floor in kitchen to sink a bit. Dishwasher also had so much food and crap built up in it that the tech said they need to just replace it. So i was washing my dishes in filth for months without knowing it.
4. Other tenants smoke cigarettes outside of every door/entrance regardless of reporting it over and over. Smoke also comes in your windows when you're trying to get some fresh air in the summer time. Yea its ridiculous.

5. The tenant above me has been stomping/dropping heavy items on my head since August 2024 and Ive got months and months worth of email and text correspondence regarding my reporting of this to Thorwin. Its affected my physical and mental health and also that of my 10 year old sons.

I even recorded videos showing the level of volume the impact creates and showed Thorwin and you know what they ultimately did?? Nothing.

They allegedly asked the tenant to be quiet and wear slippers lol

This has been going on from August 2024 until now and is still going on as I type this. Tenant upstairs dropped what sounded like a bowling ball or bag of bricks on her floor directly above my son and I literally as I am typing this review.

Robert the "resident manager" called today and cut me off 25 times and disrespected me over the phone saying " nobody's getting evicted and try baking the tenant upstairs cookies as a peace offering". Wait though, that would insinuate I am at fault ? but why? I am the one dealing with the issue.
The guy even went as far as to tell me if I go write a bad review that it "reflects on the kind of person I am".

I'm being told " Too bad ".
Oh and as a cherry on top, the Tenant above me has apparently filed a harassment / bullying claim against me due to my leaving a polite note on her door requesting she be more quiet & also due to all the times she has been reported.

This is insane and I cannot wait to be rid of this poisonous experience.

Stay away from this company. I know I will as soon as I find a new place for my son and I to live
